Users can mark prospects as per their need and can later use that marking for classification purposes. System has provided predefined tags but users add more tags as per their business requirements. Users can click on the add tag and the new tag will add to the section where the user needs to provide a tag name and can change the color for the tag. Tags can be accessed from various sections like campaigns creation, inbox, and Activity sections. Users can assign tags to prospects as per their business requirements, also users can assign multiple tags to prospect(s).
