System provides a time saving functionality for its users to save a set of common messages in the system that the user can send to the prospects often. Under the personalize section is the saved replies section where users can manage their saved replies. Users can search in already saved replies and create new ones by clicking on the new reply button at the top right corner. Users have to provide a title in the title box and message in the description. System saves these under the saved replies under the Personalized section.
