This section allows the user to manage their placeholders for the personalization of message composing and templates. Every placeholder has a key and a value which users can either upload in bulk in CSV format or create one by one manually. When every user needs to put some text repeatedly and has to type again and again, the system lets the user save the text once in a single word and access it by just writing the keyword assigned to that text under the placeholder section and the system will replace it with the stored text.
