System pause the flow for a prospect when a prospect replies by default, to stop the default functionality and do not want to pause the campaign flow to stop for prospects users can add words or phrases in this section to continue the campaign flow. System lists all the don’t pause replies in this section. Users can add some common phrases or replies like “i am interested” in this section and the system will not pause on, don’t pause replies from prospects and continue to remain in flow. Users can upload a don’t pause list in bulk by uploading a CSV format file or comma separated words/phrases can be added in the system manually. Saved don’t pause list value(s) can be deleted if not required anymore.
