Set up IMAP and change your SMTP settings to read Gmail messages in other mail clients, like Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail. When you use IMAP, you can read your Gmail messages on multiple devices, and messages are synced in real time.
Step 1: Check that IMAP is turned on

On your computer, open Gmail.

In the top right, click Settings

Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

In the “IMAP access” section, select Enable IMAP.

Click Save Changes.

application you want to use your credentials for.
To generate new password proceed with the following steps:
– Log in to your Google account. Click on the top right corner and choose “Google account“.
– Click Security on the left and then go to App passwords.
– Log in to your Gmail account again to verify yourself and continue.
– Select app (“Other” and enter linkedcamp.com) and click Generate
You will receive unique code that can be used only once. Please, remember, to copy it straight away. The code will be shown to you only once!
